    • All items are displayed with accurate images and descriptions to the best of our ability. Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

    • Custom orders may have slight differences depending on material availability.

    • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

    • Custom-made outfits may require additional processing time (e.g., 2–4 weeks).

    • We offer shipping across Canada only.

    • Shipping times may vary depending on location and courier delays.

    • All sales are final. We do not accept any returns or exchanges, including on custom or ready-to-wear items

    • All prices are listed in CAD.

    • Payments must be made in full before orders are processed.

    • We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods offered at checkout.

    • Orders can only be cancelled within 3 hours of placing them. After that, cancellations are not guaranteed.

    • Customer details are kept confidential and used only for order fulfillment and communication.

    • We do not share personal data with third parties.

    • Walk-in visits are welcome during store hours.

    • Appointments are encouraged for bridal consultations or custom orders.
